The stunning master bedroom with spectacular views, ensuite shower room and contemporary bathtub is on the second floor. Three further twin bedrooms are located on the ground floor, one with ensuite bathroom and two with ensuite wetrooms. A very comfortable sofabed can be found in the separate TV room adjacent to the large living area. Each bedroom is fitted with a wardrobe and chest of drawers in the same contemporary style as the rest of the house, making the bedrooms not only a place to sleep, but also a place to relax and escape throughout the day.
A PLACE TO ENTERTAIN FAMILY AND FRIENDS
The very spacious open-plan first floor with its magnificent sea views is an ideal space not only to relax and enjoy all that the British seaside has to offer, but also to entertain family and friends in contemporary style and comfort . The dining, living and kitchen areas can all be used as one large entertaining space and are fully equipped for 10 people. The two large teak outdoor tables in the garden and on the large first floor balcony allow guests to choose where to have their outdoor meals or drinks whilst watching the sunset.
PRACTICAL DETAILS
Beds are made up with soft 100% cotton bed linen and large bath towels are provided for each guest. There is an additional cloakroom downstairs with loo and washbasin. An outdoor hot shower is conveniently located to the side of the house, near the back door so that guests may enter through the utility room to dry off. The utility is fully equipped with washer/dryer, an iron and board, hooks for beach towels and an area for hanging wetsuits. There is off-road parking for up to 4 cars

There are numerous attractions close by; Goodwood, Arundel Castle, the historic city of Chichester and Portsmouth Historic Royal Dockyards - to name but a few. Furthermore, the whole of the South Downs National Park and Chichester Harbour, which is an area of outstanding natural beauty, are within easy access.
